What Is a Shadow Day?

This is more than just an on-ice session — it’s a real “day in the life” opportunity for athletes and families to experience our training environment, culture, and expectations firsthand. Athletes will train alongside our current players, get a feel for the pace, compete in high-tempo drills, and see what daily development looks like both on and off the ice. Families will gain a clear understanding of how we structure our days, how we build complete athletes, and what separates our program from the rest.
